Finally the ventilator is gone! The feeding tube is gone! She's eating on her own. She's absolutely beautiful. We can finally see her face without all those tubes on. Now, we just need to get her home so we can be a family again.
Aubrey's 2nd birthday is in just a few weeks and we're in the process of planning it while we sit in the hospital. I hope she enjoys her day. It'll be all about her and Elmo. It'll also be time for her 2nd birthday pictures. She has a beautiful dress and I can't wait to see how the pictures turn out.
